Lola is a wonderful girl who arrived at SDR through no fault of her own.
She is a lively and intelligent young girl who is looking for owners who have owned a dog previously or she could potentially live with another dog.
Lola will require some further training; she currently knows sit and down but when out and about she tends to forget these!
Further training will also provide mental stimulation which is going to be important in tiring out her brain and building a bond with her new owners.
Lola adores people and can get a little carried away when saying hello to you and will jump up for attention although when she first came into us she did have a very scared and nervous disposition.
Lola is going to need a secure garden with a minimum of 6ft as she is capable of jumping quite high and will look for gaps or try and make holes in wire fencing if left outside on her own so it is important that her new owners interact and entertain her when she is outside for any periods of time.
Lola doesn’t play with toys at present, but will happily chase after one if it’s thrown for her – with more encouragement and reward, she will start playing with toys more often.
Lola did have a severe ear infection when she arrived with us but now her ears are much better.
In the right home with owners who are interested in doing extra training, providing stimulation and have a nice secure garden, Lola will make a wonderful and super loving companion.
Can you offer this lovely girl a loving and permanent new home?
