Dog for Adoption

 Breed Size Sex Age

Zack is a lovely lad who came to us via the pound as an unclaimed stray.  He had a few injuries upon arrival, which he was already being treated for whilst at the pound.  Zack is now fully fit and raring to go and hoping to find his new home.

Zack has been mixed with several dogs, males and females and dogs of different sizes too.  He is a very vocal player and his play style may be a little too full on for some dogs.  Zack could live with another dog pending a couple of successful dog mixes.  Another Lurcher may be the best match as he would love to have a friend that will enjoy playing chase and getting involved in his zoomies.

Zack walks well on the lead and if you have him on a short lead, he will walk right by your side.  Allowed a longer lead and he will change direction and weave in front and behind you.

Zack has a very good appetite and is currently on 3 meals a day to help build him back up as he was a little underweight.

Zack is motivated by food and attention from his handler, so new owners can combine the two when it comes to his training.

Zack will require a good sized garden that is fully secure so he can burn off his excess energy in a secure environment as he will require recall training before being allowed off the lead.

In the right home, this handsome chap will make a wonderful addition.

Can you offer this lovely boy a loving and permanent new home?
