Wilf

Dog for Adoption

 Breed Size Sex Age

Wilf is a sensitive boy who has had a bit of a tough disjointed start in life that has caused him to find new situations a little scary, he is very loyal and forms close bonds with his main carers here at the shelter; he loves a fuss from them and becomes playful and carefree like a puppy! Wilf loves his food and settles in his bed with a stuffed Kong or a chew after a walk, he forms such deep relationships that if he knows you are around he wants to be with you so can be a little unsettled, for this reason he’d benefit from a home with someone around for the majority of the day who can gradually teach him time alone is for sleeping and relaxing until his owners get home for cuddles! Wilf likes walking in rural places where there are lots of interesting smells and not too many crowds of people and dogs, Wilf is building his confidence with dogs, due to his tough start he isn’t sure what to make of them at first, but with calm social female dogs he has started to brave having a sniff! Wilf would like a home as the only dog as doesn’t want to share his humans. Please come along to the shelter and ask Karen for more information on Wilf.
