Rosie

Dog for Adoption

 Breed Size Sex Age

I am looking for a quiet home with understanding owners. At my age I shouldn’t be in this position but I am. I’m a sweet old soul and I need someone to give me the loving retirement home that I deserve.

At nearly 14 years old, poor Rosie has been left looking for her new home. She has a number of medical issues and at times she can be a bit of a grumpy old lady. The staff here feel sorry for Rosie as finding a new home at this time of life can be very difficult. Coming from the home she has known for nearly 14 years into a kennel is a big upheaval so we have vowed to do our best to complete Rosie’s bucket list in the hope that she will have a fulfilled retirement. We are hoping to find Rosie a loving new home very soon.

Can I live with other dogs? Yes – I would be happy to live with one quiet and friendly dog.

Reason In: Unwanted pet. I cannot be rehomed to the area of Landrake, as this is where I came from.

Gables Farm currently re-home around 1000 unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats every year and are always looking for good homes for their residents. They are based in Plymouth.
