Tiger Lily

Dog for Adoption

 Breed Size Sex Age

Tiger Lily is a sweet 15 year old Border Terrier girl who came into the Oldies Club rescue after her owner went into a care home. Tiger Lily is in an Oldies Club foster home in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, waiting for someone to offer her a lovely new home.

Can be left for a short time: Tiger Lily loves to have company but she can be left for up to two hours when you need to pop out. Any more than that and she would become anxious. She is housetrained and happily goes outside to toilet, but she may slip up if not out in time.

Wants to be an only dog: Tiger Lily is calm when passing other dogs as long as they keep a respectful distance. If they don’t, she reserves the right to tell them off. Another dog came to stay at her foster home for a while and Tiger Lily was not impressed! So, she’d better be an only dog at home.

OK with cats outside: There are no cats in Tiger Lily’s foster home, but she is OK with cats when she is on walks.

Good with children: Tiger Lily should be fine to live with kind children aged 5 years and above.

Enjoys on-lead walks: Tiger Lily is very good on the lead. Her hearing is not very good so she always stays on her lead. She enjoys two 20-30 minute walks per day.

Oldies Club rescue and rehome dogs via a network of foster homes. They also work with other rescues to publicise the plight of their older dogs too.
