Dog for Adoption

Miley at @HopeRescue is a 2 year old American bulldog. She has sadly been through a tough time recently as she was found tied to a tree having recently had puppies. Understandably Miley is quite an anxious and highly strung girl but is making improvements with us every day here at the centre. Miley adores other dogs and has a lovely play style. She would like to live with another dog to help her settle and build her confidence. Due to her need for a calm environment Miley would like to live with adults and teenagers rather than young children. Miley will need a little bit of extra help to recover from her past and adjust to her new home but she will reward her new owners for this effort by being a very loyal and loving companion.

Whenever dogs comes into our care they are assessed before they are adopted. This is because the majority of our dogs come from Local Authority pounds and with little or no previous history. This initial assessment period allows us to assess temperament, personality and the best match for a new home. We do not work on a first come first served basis but always strive to find the ideal home for each dog.

All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to adoption. A homecheck is required, and you will need to come along to the centre to meet the dog with your own dog(s) and family.

Hope Rescue is a registered charity that works to save dogs from destruction in council pounds & find them new homes. Based in Wales.
