Milo

Dog for Adoption

 Breed Size Sex Age

Milo is a young sweet boy who is still very young and clumsy.

He is believed to be an Collie X Akita.  His story is a mystery, he was found a stray and taken to the pound where he had 7 days to find a rescue space of face being put to sleep.  So we were happy to take him into foster.

Milo is a very good dog although he is still young.  He is house trained and does not have separation anxiety.  He loves to go for walks and car rides.  He is food aggressive with other animals, but we do not know his history, and again we are working on this with him.  He is a typical puppy and keen to meet new people. Milo knows his basic commands.  He is a food junkie, being a skinny stray who knows where he found his food, he is very patient for it, but sometimes he loses his will power, jumps on the kitchen counter and sits and waits – maybe just wanting to be that extra bit closer.

Although he is good with children, we would recommend no young children as he can be a bit of a giddy fool and would unintentionally crash into anyone.  He does require physical and mental stimulation, he is a bright clever boy although he doesn’t show it all the time.  He will need someone who can continue his reward based training.

Milo needs to be rehomed as an only pet.
