Jay aka Junior has sadly been returned after being in his home over a year because his owner couldn’t manage him. Jay is a lovely friendly strong boy who we believe may have been mistreated in his young life as he doesn’t like his collar being grabbed. This can easily be avoided, Jay is food focused he can be distracted with food rather than having to grab his collar. Jay has no recall once off the lead  …he just wants to have fun! With the proper training this can be worked on. He is also very over weight, we currently have him on a diet which his new owner will need to continue.  Being a typical American bull dog Jay can sometimes be stubborn but with the right firm owner he will make a fantastic loyal companion.  He has previously lived with a cat and is fine with other dogs.

Type of Home Needed:

Jay is looking for an active home where he will have plenty of exercise. He will also need an experienced owner that is used to strong breeds and preferably with someone who has a good knowledge of the American bull breed. He will need a home with older teenage children only if any. He can live with cats and other dogs depending of their temperament.

If you think you can offer this adorable boy a home please get in touch…Jay will be happy to greet you with lots of sloppy kisses <3
